The Smitten Merino Winter Challenge promises to be an exciting event for all. From elite athletes keen to compete against the best in the multi-sport game, to families keen for a fun and memorable day out, and everyone in between!

Challenge yourself with the multi-sport Challenge sunday 18th august
The multi-sport challenge is a relay styled event that consists of 4 legs, spanning a total of 67km.
You’ll Kayak, Road Cycle, Mountain Bike and Trail Run around the picturesque Orford coastline as you soak in amazing views and smile in the electric event atmosphere.

Get up and about with the hill climb challenge saturday 17th august
5.4km Hill Climb Course. 410m elevation gain.
with a $1,500 prize pool, this one promises to be a challenge worth training for
Test yourself in an uphill battle against some of Tassie’s strongest athletes. There is a cycling category, as well as a running category. Both have equal prize money up for grabs for Women and Men!

Warm yourself into the weekend with the kayak challenge
Saturday 17th August
The kayak challenge is presented by the team at Next Level Kayaking. It will be approximately 10km, and the course will be decided in the days prior to the event, based on the weather forecast.
